This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Evaluate third parties being onboarded by ARROW utilizing Arrow’s compliance tools and publicly accessible information.
• Record and assess the information provided by third parties along with screening outcomes, and identify compliance risks associated with these parties.
• Make independent decisions regarding third party onboarding in accordance with Arrow policy.
• Suggest strategies to reduce potential compliance risks linked to third parties onboarded by Arrow.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Well-developed communication and diplomatic skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Associate's or bachelor’s degree.
• 1-4 years of experience in a compliance role/AML/Due diligence.
• Flexibility and readiness to work overtime as business requirements arise.
• Availability for occasional Saturday work to assist business operations.
