This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle across leading media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), from initial setup and structuring to ongoing optimization.
• Apply industry best practices in targeting, bidding strategies, creative formats, and conversion settings.
• Guarantee accurate execution of tactical plans by managing pacing to ensure budget fulfillment and enhance results.
• Suggest and conduct A/B tests and experiments based on well-defined hypotheses, consistently pursuing performance enhancements.
• Track and evaluate campaign KPIs on a daily basis, transforming raw data into actionable insights for improvement.
• Create and sustain clear, objective performance reports, conveying results and insights to the internal team and, when necessary, to clients.
• Offer first-level technical support for client inquiries, resolving basic platform issues and ensuring data integrity.
• Keep team leadership updated on campaign developments, result forecasts, and optimization measures implemented.
• Collaborate actively with fellow team members to ensure the delivery of cohesive, high-quality work.
• Act as a resource and support for junior analysts (associates), sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Actively pursue knowledge and learning opportunities from other teams, engaging in training and feedback sessions to enhance professional growth.
• Participate in the recruitment process for internship roles, assisting in identifying and onboarding new talent into the team.
• Technical expertise: Proficient in operating major digital media platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), implementing best practices for configuration.
• Analytical skills: Capable of analyzing campaign data to identify basic trends, extract insights, and base optimizations on evidence.
• Curiosity and initiative: A true enthusiasm for learning, independently seeking knowledge, and suggesting tests and improvements based on observations.
• Organizational and time management skills: Able to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain control over campaign pacing.
• Collaborative communication: Proficient in communicating clearly and concisely with the internal team, sharing updates, insights, and requesting assistance when necessary.
• Preferred: Experience in e-commerce or fintech sectors.
