Mid-level Cloud Analyst

📋 Description

• Ensure the ongoing technical support of clients' AWS environments, emphasizing quality, security, reliability, and continuous improvement.

• Play a role in minimizing incidents and enhancing operational processes.

• Enhance the cloud maturity of the supported environments.

• Provide clients with technical support, effective communication, and a consultative approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the support and maintenance of AWS environments.

• Proficiency in Linux, command line usage, log analysis, and performance troubleshooting.

• Assist clients with operational requests, incidents, service requests, and changes in AWS environments.

• Troubleshoot AWS services, Linux systems, networking, applications, and cloud infrastructure components.

• Investigate and resolve incidents, conducting root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.

• Administer and monitor AWS resources such as EC2, RDS, ECS, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, Route 53, among others.

• Perform routines, maintenance, validation, and improvement of production environments.

• Create, review, and implement change requests (GMUDs), ensuring security, traceability, and risk mitigation.

• Analyze logs, metrics, and alarms to detect failures, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with NOC teams to configure and enhance monitoring and network observability, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, VPN, Security Groups, NACLs, and routing.

• Analyze incidents and work within production environments.

• Open, track, and document technical tickets.

• Understand basic cloud security concepts, IAM permissions, access best practices, and service exposure.

• Interpret metrics, logs, alarms, and technical evidence.
