Revenue Accounting and Billing Manager – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the monthly closing process.

• Guarantee the accuracy of all subscription revenue.

• Manage the systems that facilitate billing operations.

• Minimize DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and manual exceptions.

• Ensure precise execution of the order-to-invoice process.

• Utilize AI to automate repetitive tasks.

• Lead strategic, high-impact projects as directed by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• CPA qualification, with 7 to 10 years of experience in finance.

• Strong understanding of subscription revenue mechanics.

• Knowledge of ASPE, IFRS 15, or ASC 606 is a plus.

• Proficiency in NetSuite, including Advanced Revenue Management.

• Experience with indirect taxes and sales tax in a SaaS setting.

• Proven leadership experience managing a team.

• Familiarity with AI tools in a finance context.
