Returns & Claims Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and resolve claims from customers and partners across various categories: logistics challenges, service quality disagreements, billing issues, product-related claims, and contractual exceptions.

• Assess claim eligibility in accordance with internal policies, contracts, and business regulations.

• Gather, review, and evaluate supporting documentation.

• Propel claims to resolution within established service level agreements (SLAs).

• Organize physical and non-physical returns when necessary.

• Deliver clear, timely, and professional updates regarding claim status and results.

• Ensure proper financial management of claims, including credits, refunds, and reimbursements.

• Monitor and analyze claim volumes, root causes, resolution times, and final outcomes.

• Balance customer satisfaction with contractual obligations and business standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient Spanish language skills (both written and spoken) are essential for effective communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.

• Proficient Italian language skills (both written and spoken) are essential for effective communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.

• Strong English language skills (both written and spoken).

• 2-3+ years of experience in claims management, operations, customer operations, finance operations, or dispute resolution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to work.

• Ability to manage various claim types and priorities simultaneously.

• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
