Senior Death Claims Examiner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and adjudicate standard and moderately complex life and annuity claims while adhering to company policies and regulations.

• Verify beneficiary designations and accurately process payments in accordance with established procedures and team SLAs.

• Recognize and escalate highly complex or atypical cases to senior team members or management.

• Ensure precise record-keeping and documentation for all claims processed.

• Effectively communicate with beneficiaries, agents, and internal stakeholders to address inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in life, annuity, or RPS claims, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of life insurance products and claims processes.

• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and mathematical proficiency.

• Competence with digital tools and claims management systems.
