
Commercial General Liability Claims Representative – Fast Track Property Damage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for managing business owner liability claims directly.
• Evaluates coverage issues related to the Business Owners coverage form, garagekeepers, hired non-owned auto, auto services, and other standard industry forms.
• Investigates, analyzes, and assesses new loss notifications and claim submissions.
• Adjusts total auto losses as part of the liability claims adjustment process.
• Quickly analyzes and positions claims under the relevant coverage.
• Works collaboratively to set reserves at appropriate levels for claims.
• Exercises sound judgment in managing allocated loss adjustment expenses (ALAE) during claims investigations.
• Properly documents claim files in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Secures and maintains necessary adjuster licenses as required.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required.
• CPCU or other relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
• State adjuster license(s) are a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in general liability claims adjusting is preferred.
• Experience with bodily injury claims is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting assigned deadlines.
• Responds to inquiries promptly with a sense of urgency.
• Capability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others.
• Proficient in multitasking and effectively managing interruptions.
• Follows instructions and established procedures diligently.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and internet applications.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Able to perform under pressure and make sound judgments in sensitive situations.
