Retread, Technical Solutions Field Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as a consultant to Conti Life Cycle (CLC) Partner for pre-installation consulting and Partner endorsement.

• Collaborate with CLC Partner's contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to the production schedule during installation.

• Provide guidance on installation requirements for the plant, such as power supply, electricity, compressors, transformers, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Engineering, along with 2+ years of related experience, or alternatively, 5+ years of relevant experience without a Bachelor's Degree.

• Professional experience with the Retreading process, plant layouts, and equipment installation.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Experience in project management.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Canada (50 - 75%).

• A valid passport and driver's license.
