• Interact with potential and current clients through inbound calls and follow-up outreach to evaluate retirement planning needs and solutions.
• Perform needs-based financial discussions to gauge retirement readiness, risk tolerance, time horizon, and income objectives.
• Suggest suitable retirement solutions, such as annuities and investment products, tailored to client goals.
• Inform clients about retirement planning principles, income strategies, and the product solutions available.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships through a consultative, trust-oriented approach.
• Oversee and cultivate a pipeline of opportunities by consistently following up on leads, referrals, and previous interactions.
• Achieve or surpass set sales targets and performance metrics.
• Precisely record client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Remain updated on market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure complete adherence to licensing, regulatory standards, and company policies.
• Active Series 6 and 63 licenses are mandatory.
• An active Life Insurance license is required.
• Preference for IAR designation and/or Series 7, or a willingness to obtain these qualifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services or consultative sales, ideally in retirement planning, investments, or wealth accumulation.
• Demonstrated capability to build trust and foster relationships in a remote engagement environment.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and maintain pipeline discipline.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard business technology tools.
