This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Act as the main Marketing liaison for Product Development, Sales, and Service teams regarding all initiatives specific to Government and Taft-Hartley, as well as additional cross-segment projects.
• Collaborate closely to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement of product offerings.
• Design advanced, cost-efficient multi-media sales systems, with a focus on onboarding sponsors and training sales teams for effective implementation.
• Develop and manage impactful marketing programs emphasizing digital execution.
• Create a leading market narrative and value proposition for the Government segment, ensuring alignment with thought leadership content.
• Convert key initiatives to bolster distribution efforts.
• Analyze data analytics and create case studies to substantiate results and support sales initiatives.
• Determine crucial provider selection priorities for plan sponsors, advisors, and consultants based on market segments.
• Evaluate effectiveness across various metrics to continuously enhance the selling system.
• Oversee promotion strategies, particularly for significant product launches and campaigns.
• Collect marketplace insights and feedback; promptly address requests or ideas that can enhance outcomes.
• Stay informed on legislative and regulatory changes that may influence or create distribution opportunities.
• Assess and manage the return on marketing investments.
• Possible involvement in intermediary site visits or due diligence meetings; limited travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years in Marketing or product management, ideally within Retirement services or similar fields.
• Knowledge of the competitive retirement market, including the specifics of the Government and Taft-Hartley sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to visual and design aspects.
• Proficient research and analytical skills.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Ability to function effectively within a matrixed organization.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Familiarity with current marketing trends and technologies.
