Retirement Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding of new participants into workplace plans by educating them about company matching, savings, and fundamental investment strategies.

• Assist with consolidation inquiries by identifying previous workplace plans and external investments, and providing suitable solutions.

• Conduct needs-based analyses for Tax Exempt Market retirement plan participants.

• Utilize guidance offerings and appropriate tools to support customers in achieving retirement readiness.

• Employ consultative selling techniques to identify appropriate solutions and guidance while acquiring, retaining, and developing assets.

• Clarify Fidelity Viewpoints to provide clients with general education.

• Recognize opportunities for complex guidance and collaborate with other Retirement Planner associates.

• Promote awareness of retirement readiness and motivate customers to enhance their retirement situations.

• Boost cash flow through increased deferrals and drive Personal & Workplace Investment flows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of tax-exempt retirement products and services is highly desirable.

• Previous experience in a phone center is preferred.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer results.

• In-depth understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.

• Consultative, influencing, and effective communication skills.

• Ability to be proactive and show initiative.

• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

• Openness to feedback and a willingness to adapt to change.

• Must reside within 90 miles of the Orlando, FL area.

• Must meet applicable securities and financial services regulatory requirements.
