• Acquire knowledge of all products within the assigned specialty area, including insights on competitive offerings and regulations.
• Communicate and ensure that customers comprehend product options for standard inquiries; provide product recommendations.
• Assess if customers have multi-product needs and connect them with other product specialists.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests.
• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Hold FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66 (necessary for approval to conduct business in all states).
• Obtain Life and Health licenses (mandatory within 60 days of hire).
• Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services sector.
• Fundamental understanding of financial products relevant to the assigned specialty area.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and listening skills to effectively engage with customers and build trust.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to select and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Proficient written and verbal communication, along with presentation skills to convey information through phone, email, video, chat, etc.
• Competence in using MS Office.
• Preferred Qualifications
• CFP and/or CRPC certifications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and digital financial advice platforms.
