Retirement Plan Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing HTK’s retirement plan platforms and product offerings.

• Remain informed about the regulatory landscape affecting the retirement plan sector.

• Continuously engage with HTK financial professionals.

• Organize quarterly business review meetings with retirement plan product providers.

• Schedule periodic meetings with HTK’s Product Team, Sales Support, and Business Development team.

• Conduct regular due diligence on approved retirement plan providers.

• Investigate and suggest new retirement plan product offerings.

• Collaborate with RIA Compliance and enterprise Legal teams.

• Create HTK’s ongoing retirement plan training program for financial professionals.

• Occasionally attend and/or present at HTK’s and/or industry conferences or regional summits.

• Mentor and provide guidance to other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.

• 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry.

• FINRA Series 7 certification is required.

• FINRA Series 24 certification is required.

• FINRA Series 66 certification is required.

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Board AIF, or another similar accredited retirement plan and/or fiduciary professional designation is required.
