This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Client and Investor account management.
• Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with Clients and Investors.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profitability.
• Foster trusted advisor relationships with essential accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive partners.
• Guarantee the timely and effective delivery of our solutions in alignment with Client and Investor needs and objectives.
• Provide clear communication regarding the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to management, directors, and stakeholders.
• Generate new business with current Clients and Investors and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
• Anticipate and monitor key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Compile reports on account status.
• Collaborate with the product development and management teams to identify and expand opportunities within the territory.
• Support with complex Client and Investor requests or issue escalations as necessary.
• Demonstrated work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or in another relevant role.
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
• Substantial experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
• Must possess strong technical skills.
• Experience in delivering Client/Investor-focused solutions tailored to their needs.
• Proven capability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Access to a reliable and robust Wi-Fi network within your home workspace, with sufficient speed to enable efficient work.
• Ideally possess an Apple device (preferred for security reasons), such as a MacBook Pro or Mac Desktop.
• Access to a private room or space where you can work without the presence of family, friends, relatives, or any other visitors.
• Own a smartphone to facilitate downloads and use of various system and communication applications, including but not limited to Telegram, Slack, Signal, Zoom, etc.
