This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Perform Retirement Readiness Reviews along with individual consultations and group presentations for targeted participants, utilizing consultative expertise to enhance retirement outcomes.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with essential stakeholders across each location within the designated territory or for assigned employer-sponsored plans.
• Facilitate one-on-one virtual and on-site group meetings, employing various technologies in a professional manner.
• Oversee the meeting schedule, which includes travel arrangements.
• Develop and implement dynamic business plans and strategies to promote positive retirement income objectives for participants.
• Record interactions in Salesforce and gather necessary information to comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Meet plan-level and individual targets to ensure service level agreements and business outcomes are achieved.
• Engage in client meetings, sales finals, or other external meetings as required.
• Collaborate effectively with internal service and management teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
• Excellent presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.
• Must be a strategic thinker capable of working independently.
• Strong skills in relationship building and territory management are required.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations are required within the established timeline; current FINRA registrations are strongly preferred.
• FINRA fingerprinting must be completed upon hire.
