This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Facilitate Retirement Readiness Reviews and conduct individual meetings and group presentations for targeted participants, utilizing consultative expertise to enhance retirement outcomes.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders for each location within the assigned territory or for designated employer-sponsored plans.
• Lead one-on-one virtual and on-site group meetings using various technologies in a professional manner.
• Oversee meeting schedules, including travel arrangements.
• Develop and implement dynamic business plans and strategies to promote positive retirement income objectives for participants.
• Record interactions in Salesforce and gather necessary information to comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Meet plan-level and individual goals to support service level agreements and business outcomes.
• Engage in client meetings, sales finals, or other external meetings as required.
• Collaborate effectively with internal service and management teams to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
• Strong presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.
• A strategic thinker who is capable of working independently is necessary.
• Excellent relationship-building and territory management skills are required.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations must be obtained within an established timeline; current FINRA registrations are strongly preferred.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required upon hiring.
