πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the technical intermediary between Retirement Benefits Operations and Technical Operations, collaborating with programmers, vendors, and operational teams.

β€’ Gather and assess data to guarantee precise and efficient administration.

β€’ Draft requirements, uphold documentation, execute testing, prepare reports, and cultivate strong relationships both internally and externally.

β€’ Examine programming modifications and/or system upgrades to current programs, testing and confirming the accuracy of these changes.

β€’ Partner with programmers, operations, and external vendors to ensure high-quality outputs by understanding the impact across all areas.

β€’ Deliver technical assistance, training, and issue resolution for end users.

β€’ Design, develop, generate, and assess operational reports, queries, data, and procedures related to systems, including the scheduling and distribution of reports.

β€’ Evaluate data files, proactively detect trends and/or issues, and work with operations to improve the client experience.

β€’ Formulate requirements for software modifications and coordinate these changes with vendors and operations.

β€’ Represent Retirement Benefits Operations and Technical Operations on projects involving both new and existing client implementations.

β€’ Record system and client support processes, including the maintenance of operational workflows and documentation.

β€’ Foster strong internal relationships as well as relationships with clients and external partners.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A high school diploma is required, while a four-year college degree is preferred.

β€’ A minimum of two years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst or two years in a benefits administration environment with relevant technical knowledge.

β€’ Familiarity with group Retirement Plans, particularly Defined Benefit Plans.

β€’ Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and the Microsoft Suite.

β€’ Basic comprehension of business practices and a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

β€’ Knowledge of database systems and applications.

β€’ Collaborative, accountable, proactive, and capable of effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

β€’ Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

β€’ Capacity to exercise independent judgment.

β€’ Exceptional attention to detail.

β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to collaborate closely with diverse groups of professionals.
