This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate both in-person and virtual meetings with Plan Sponsors and Participants to meet designated goals and metrics.

• Achieve or surpass set targets by enhancing retirement plan participation, increasing deferral rates, and boosting average account balances, resulting in improved participant outcomes and enhanced revenue & market share within the assigned Plan Sponsor/Participant portfolio.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of current and prospective Plan Sponsors/Participants, including targeted market segments, their operational methods, and the value proposition they offer.

• Assist Relationship Management in retention initiatives and seek opportunities to promote additional Lincoln services while collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders.

• Support regional Retirement Consultants (RC) Directors by assuming additional responsibilities that align with regional objectives and Retirement Plan Services (RPS) goals.

• Enhance asset retention by pinpointing rollover and distribution opportunities, delivering IRA solutions that secure assets with Lincoln while aiding participants in achieving their long-term retirement aspirations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in Retirement Plans corresponding to the outlined responsibilities.

• Reside in Dallas, Houston, or nearby regions with the capability to travel up to 50% both regionally and nationally.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (4 years of experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree).

• Must obtain FINRA SIE, S6, and S63 within 90 days of employment (pre-registration preferred).

• Must secure Life & Health licensing within 90 days of employment (pre-licensing preferred).

• A strong enthusiasm for retirement readiness.
