Retirement and Pension Plan Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of retirement and pension programs.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient plan operations.

• Assist with compliance obligations, audits, and plan documentation.

• Evaluate retirement eligibility, contribution, and deduction information.

• Address employee and HR questions regarding retirement benefits.

• Lead initiatives for process improvements and program enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• 4-6 years of experience in retirement plan administration or benefits.

• Familiarity with retirement plan compliance and vendor management.

• Preferred professional certifications include CEBS, RMA, CRPP, or CPFA.
