Retention Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively assess and mitigate attrition risks within the Mortgage Loan Officer workforce through data-driven analysis and focused engagement efforts.

• Utilize production metrics, system activity, and performance trends to identify early signs of disengagement.

• Create predictive models and conduct trend analyses using internal systems to foresee attrition risks.

• Monitor Loan Officer activities and performance trends to spot early indicators of disengagement.

• Develop and sustain dashboards and tracking systems to emphasize critical risk indicators.

• Generate executive-level reports and data visualizations to convey insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

• Collaborate with leadership to interpret data trends and formulate data-driven retention strategies.

• Assess the effectiveness of retention programs, incentives, and engagement initiatives using data-informed methodologies.

• Utilize data and behavioral indicators to identify Loan Officers at risk of departure and initiate targeted outreach efforts.

• Work in partnership with Sales Leadership, HR, and Operations to address concerns impacting employee engagement and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Experience in mortgage banking, retail lending, financial services, organizational development, or workforce analytics.

• Preferred experience in Loan Officer production, recruiting, sales management, or HR business partnership.

• Familiarity with conducting stay interviews, exit interviews, or employee engagement initiatives.

• Proficiency with mortgage systems such as Encompass or similar LOS/CRM tools.

• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Knowledge of sales performance metrics in a commission-based environment.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with an emphasis on relationship building.

• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
