This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• **What You Will Do**
• You will oversee the entire production process for email campaigns and automated workflows, create emails in Klaviyo or comparable ESPs, craft on-brand copy, generate detailed briefs for the design team, perform quality assurance on content and logic, and schedule deployments. You will manage the monthly content calendar, drive timelines with clients, and ensure that all assets and approvals remain on schedule. You will assist the Retention Marketing Strategist by gathering performance data, analyzing results, and formulating recommendations. You will develop automated workflows, segmentation, and list logic, maintain list hygiene, and confidently work with Shopify applications such as Yotpo, Loyalty Lion, JustUno, and Privy.

• **What You Need**

• 2 years of experience in retention marketing, with a focus on email, SMS, CRM, or loyalty programs.
• Practical experience with an Email Service Platform (ESP), preferably Klaviyo.
• Strong copywriting skills tailored for direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce, with the capability to adjust tone and style to fit various client brands.
• A comprehensive understanding of email analytics and the ability to convert data insights into actionable strategies.
• Clear distinction between marketing campaigns and automated flows, along with knowledge of when to deploy each.
• Proficiency in creating segmented customer lists utilizing behavioral and transactional data.
• Experience working within Shopify or directly assisting Shopify-based clients.
• A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to consider the entire customer journey and perform effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The performance of email and SMS improves due to your attention to detail and quality. Strategy and reporting accelerate because you remain ahead in data and execution. You ensure projects are aligned, informed, and on schedule. You demonstrate ownership, ask insightful questions, and maintain the momentum of work.
• This is a contract position with **up to 40 hours weekly** remote work available.
