This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Take charge of email and SMS marketing throughout the entire post-acquisition customer journey, enhancing engagement, retention, and long-term customer lifetime value (LTV) through tools such as Customer.io and AI-driven workflows.
• Create, oversee, and refine email flows aimed at onboarding, engagement, win-back strategies, and retention efforts.
• Craft or improve email copy by utilizing AI tools to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Establish segmentation strategies based on customer data, purchasing behaviors, and lifecycle stages.
• Track deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and subsequent conversions.
• Manage SMS marketing as a channel for retention and re-engagement, including copy, segmentation, and sending frequency.
• Design flows that enhance email journeys while reducing audience fatigue.
• Monitor performance metrics such as LTV, churn rate, repeat purchases, and overall engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, sending times, and flow logic; apply findings to optimize performance.
• Create dashboards and reports that offer actionable insights for leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite copywriting, segmentation brainstorming, and performance evaluation.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing.
• Practical experience with Customer.io, including flow creation, segmentation, and campaign management.
• Proven ability to manage email and SMS campaigns from inception to completion, encompassing copywriting, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo and/or Segment is advantageous.
• Prior experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, telehealth, healthcare, or subscription-based businesses is preferred.
