Retention Marketing Manager – Lifecycle Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete lifecycle marketing process across email, push notifications, and new channels.

• Design and enhance core lifecycle initiatives.

• Create campaigns based on occasions and customer behaviors that are linked to genuine customer experiences.

• Manage daily operations within CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or equivalent).

• Build, initiate, and oversee campaigns from start to finish.

• Develop and refine customer segments using behavioral data and purchase history.

• Collaborate closely with the Product team to incorporate lifecycle triggers into the customer journey.

• Work in conjunction with the Performance Marketing team to bridge acquisition and retention efforts.

• Take ownership of key performance metrics and strive for improvement.

• Utilize AI tools to create and test content on a large scale.

• Investigate predictive strategies for timing, targeting, and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or CRM positions.

• Background in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce sectors.

• Practical experience in executing campaigns within CRM platforms.

• Strong comprehension of customer behavior and retention strategies.

• Ability to leverage data for prioritization and decision-making.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization.

• Comfortable managing both strategic planning and execution.

• Proactive approach with a focus on action and iteration.

• High level of ownership and accountability.

• Keen interest in contemporary marketing tools, AI, and automation.

• Capability to merge analytical reasoning with creative insight.

• Possess a refined sense of taste and the ability to create messaging that resonates emotionally while upholding a premium brand image.
