πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of the execution and enhancement of lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and subscription channels.

β€’ Develop, oversee, and refine automated workflows, campaigns, segmentation strategies, and customer journeys.

β€’ Examine retention, engagement, and subscription performance metrics to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.

β€’ Collaborate closely with Creative and Growth teams to craft high-impact retention content and campaigns.

β€’ Regularly test messaging, offers, timing, segmentation, and creative elements to enhance performance across various channels.

β€’ Track subscriber behavior and lifecycle trends to enrich customer experience and minimize churn.

β€’ Assist in subscription optimization initiatives utilizing platforms such as Recharge, Stay AI, Skio, or similar tools.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 4 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or subscription marketing within a DTC or subscription-based organization.

β€’ Strong knowledge of retention, subscription, and lifecycle marketing metrics.

β€’ Practical experience with Klaviyo, Postscript (or equivalent SMS platform), Alia (or similar), and subscription platforms like Recharge, Stay AI, or Skio.

β€’ A strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in testing, optimization, and performance enhancement.

β€’ Exceptional taste in copy and content creation with the ability to produce messaging that is authentic, conversational, and customer-centric.

β€’ Highly organized and execution-focused, capable of swiftly navigating multiple priorities.

β€’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong inclination towards action and iteration.
