This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the execution and enhancement of lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and subscription channels.
β’ Develop, oversee, and refine automated workflows, campaigns, segmentation strategies, and customer journeys.
β’ Examine retention, engagement, and subscription performance metrics to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
β’ Collaborate closely with Creative and Growth teams to craft high-impact retention content and campaigns.
β’ Regularly test messaging, offers, timing, segmentation, and creative elements to enhance performance across various channels.
β’ Track subscriber behavior and lifecycle trends to enrich customer experience and minimize churn.
β’ Assist in subscription optimization initiatives utilizing platforms such as Recharge, Stay AI, Skio, or similar tools.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or subscription marketing within a DTC or subscription-based organization.
β’ Strong knowledge of retention, subscription, and lifecycle marketing metrics.
β’ Practical experience with Klaviyo, Postscript (or equivalent SMS platform), Alia (or similar), and subscription platforms like Recharge, Stay AI, or Skio.
β’ A strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in testing, optimization, and performance enhancement.
β’ Exceptional taste in copy and content creation with the ability to produce messaging that is authentic, conversational, and customer-centric.
β’ Highly organized and execution-focused, capable of swiftly navigating multiple priorities.
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong inclination towards action and iteration.
