Retail Visual Merchandising Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Implementing the design of Nouria’s store layout

• Arranging fixtures and product displays

• Evaluating sales performance data

• Collaborating with the merchandising and marketing departments

• Executing planograms effectively

• Ensuring adherence to company standards

• Promoting excellence in visual merchandising

• Leading and carrying out store resets

• Assembling and installing fixtures and PDQs

• Making necessary adjustments to uphold strategies

• Partnering with the store team to address merchandising opportunities

• Re-merchandising products to enhance sales

• Responsible for installations related to remodels and various initiatives

• Supporting the training of new team members through job shadowing

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Strong time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Self-motivated individual

• Capacity to multitask effectively

• Ability to remain composed under pressure
