This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
β’ Oversee a designated territory of Home Depot and Lowes accounts, or a mix of both.
β’ Accountable for managing retail accounts and conducting daily activities, including store visits.
β’ Evaluate metrics using SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad to strategically plan customer routing schedules.
β’ Propel Top Line Sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS targets.
β’ Collaborate with Store and District Managers to comprehend and align with retail-specific strategies.
β’ Assess POS data by store and promotional performance to create tailored store and territory sales plans.
β’ Work closely with the Sales Operations team to guarantee appropriate inventory for promotional initiatives.
β’ Drive execution strategies based on market trends and SKU-level insights.
β’ Sell in and implement national event activations to boost sales and expand market share.
β’ Execute national overdrive strategies to enhance product sell-through rates.
β’ Engage with Store and District Key Decision Makers to communicate key initiatives.
β’ Partner with retail service providers, necessitating active engagement at the store and district levels.
β’ Utilize sales enablement tools to assess data, identify sales gaps, and formulate plans to address those gaps.
β’ Ensure effective inventory management and retailer-specific order writing.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in Retail Sales within the Consumer Goods sector.
β’ Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 times a year).
β’ Ability to handle, train on, and demonstrate products, including lifting up to 50lbs.
β’ Some physical labor is required, including climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
β’ Proficient in analyzing Power BI and SalesForce data to devise strategic growth plans for improved financial performance.
β’ Understanding of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Must successfully pass a Drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
