This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Achieve Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals by driving growth in assigned accounts through retail selling techniques and implementing customer plans.
• Inspire Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers, from recruitment and coaching to performance enhancement.
• Execute with Excellence: Guarantee the seamless implementation of sales initiatives and merchandising programs within the store environment.
• Consult & Sell: Offer expert, on-site sales guidance to customers, securing additional opportunities while executing headquarters programs.
• Growth Strategy: Customize data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and customer requirements to promote territory expansion.
• Relationship Building: Develop robust partnerships with store staff to identify opportunities and provide exceptional service.
• Resource Optimization: Strategically allocate merchandisers and order writers to enhance shelf impact and boost sales volume.
• Championing Store Success: Manage product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables in collaboration with Full-Time Order Writers (FTOWs).
• Cadence Ownership: Create and implement an effective store schedule to foster relationships and achieve results.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to Mondelēz International’s safety and operational protocols.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license issued by the relevant state.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is strongly preferred.
• A flexible work schedule is necessary, including the availability to work weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years of sales experience with a solid sales background and a comprehensive understanding of business processes and systems.
• Capability to perform physical tasks (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.).
• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background investigation.
