This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives by driving growth in designated accounts through retail selling techniques and implementing customer plans.
• Inspire Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers, encompassing recruitment, coaching, and performance enhancement.
• Ensure Execution Excellence: Guarantee the seamless implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives in-store.
• Consult and Sell: Offer expert, on-site sales advice to clients, securing additional opportunities and executing headquarters programs.
• Strategize for Growth: Customize data-informed sales strategies according to store demographics and customer preferences to promote territory expansion.
• Foster Relationships: Develop strong collaborations with store staff to pinpoint opportunities and provide exceptional service.
• Optimize Resources: Effectively allocate merchandisers and order writers to enhance shelf presence and boost sales volume.
• Drive Store Success: Manage product ordering, display implementation, and unsaleable items in coordination with Full-Time Order Writers (FTOWs).
• Maintain Consistency: Create and implement an efficient store schedule to strengthen relationships and achieve results.
• Uphold Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Mondelēz International’s safety and operational protocols.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license issued by the residing state.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is highly preferred.
• A flexible work schedule is necessary, including availability for weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, demonstrating a robust sales background with a strong grasp of business processes and systems.
• Capability to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., and pushing/pulling.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, MVR check, and general background investigation.
