This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives across designated accounts by employing retail selling techniques and tailored customer strategies.
• Lead and motivate both full-time and part-time Merchandisers, including responsibilities for recruitment, training, and performance enhancement.
• Ensure the implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives within retail locations.
• Provide direct sales consultation to clients, identify additional opportunities, and execute corporate programs effectively.
• Customize data-informed sales approaches according to store demographics and customer preferences.
• Establish collaborative relationships with store staff and uncover sales opportunities.
• Allocate merchandisers and order writers to optimize shelf presence and increase sales volume.
• Supervise product ordering, display implementation, and the management of unsaleable products with Full-Time Order Writers.
• Create and manage store schedules to enhance relationships and drive performance outcomes.
• Adhere to Mondelēz International’s safety and operational protocols.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• A valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A college degree is highly desirable.
• Must have a flexible work schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, demonstrating a robust sales background and a comprehensive understanding of business processes and systems.
• Capability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs. frequently, and occasionally carry over 50 lbs.; push and pull as needed.
• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background investigation.
• Residency must be within 40 miles of the designated territory cities.
• Proficient in utilizing retail systems and tools.
