This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Achieve Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals by driving growth within assigned accounts through retail selling techniques and implementing customer strategies.
• Inspire Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of both full-time and part-time Merchandisers, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and performance enhancement.
• Ensure Execution Excellence: Guarantee the smooth implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives in-store.
• Consult and Sell: Offer expert, on-site sales advice to customers, identifying additional opportunities and executing headquarters programs.
• Strategize for Growth: Customize data-driven sales approaches based on store demographics and customer requirements to promote territory expansion.
• Foster Relationships: Develop strong connections with store personnel to pinpoint opportunities and provide exceptional service.
• Maximize Resources: Effectively assign merchandisers and order writers to enhance shelf presence and sales performance.
• Advocate for Store Success: Manage product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables oversight in partnership with Full-Time Order Writers (FTOWs).
• Control the Cadence: Create and implement an efficient store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive outcomes. Adhere to Mondelēz International’s safety and operational protocols.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED is necessary; a college degree is highly preferred.
• Flexibility in work schedule is essential, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years of sales experience is required, with a solid understanding of business processes and systems.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.
• Successful completion of a drug test, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and general background screening is mandatory.
