Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Achieve Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives by driving growth within designated accounts through retail selling techniques and implementing customer strategies.

• Inspire Leadership: Direct and motivate a team of both full-time and part-time Merchandisers, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and performance enhancement.

• Ensure Execution Excellence: Guarantee the successful implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives within the store environment.

• Provide Consultation & Sales: Offer expert, on-site sales advice to clients, identifying additional opportunities and executing headquarters programs.

• Strategize for Growth: Develop tailored, data-informed sales tactics aligned with store demographics and customer preferences to promote territory growth.

• Foster Relationships: Build robust partnerships with store staff to uncover opportunities and deliver exceptional service.

• Maximize Resources: Strategically assign merchandisers and order writers to optimize shelf presence and sales performance.

• Advocate for Store Success: Oversee product procurement, display execution, and management of unsaleables in collaboration with Full-Time Order Writers (FTOWs).

• Establish the Cadence: Create and implement an efficient store schedule to enhance relationships and drive outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree is strongly preferred.

• A flexible work schedule is essential, including availability to work on weekends and holidays.

• 3-5 years of sales experience is required, with a solid sales background and a comprehensive understanding of business processes and systems.

• Capability to engage in physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.) is necessary.

• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background investigation is required.
