This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Provide technical training (both in-person, virtual, and practical) on automotive systems and emerging technologies.
• Mentor technicians on-site, conduct skill gap assessments, and enhance diagnostics, productivity, and repair quality.
• Create and deliver training programs, including preparation for ASE and internal certifications.
• Monitor training records, certifications, and effectiveness utilizing an LMS while ensuring adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop curriculum, training materials, and technical content.
• Assist in the launch of new products, tools, and technologies through structured training and field enablement.
• An associate’s degree in automotive technology or a related field is required; equivalent experience (minimum of 8 years) may be accepted in place of a degree.
• Master ASE Automotive Technician certification (including L1) along with additional ASE certifications is preferred.
• At least 5 years of hands-on diagnostic and repair experience is necessary.
• Advanced mechanical and diagnostic expertise across key vehicle systems.
• In-depth knowledge of diagnostic strategies, tools, and service systems.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Must live within the designated territory and be willing to travel 75–80%, including overnight stays.
