Retail Team Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Merchandise areas within retail grocery stores supplied by vendors/manufacturers represented by D&H Marketing

• Ensure shelf and product integrity

• Adhere to customers' merchandising directives

• Lift products, clean shelves, and rearrange shelving

• Complete recaps and reports for each store visit

• Submit store recaps on a weekly basis

• Promote new and special products to customers through sales flyers

• Present sales flyers to each store

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an acceptable driving record

• Must be capable of driving or riding in a vehicle for extended periods

• Must be willing to travel throughout the Northeast and Southeast states, departing on Sunday and returning home on Thursday

• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance: collared shirt, jeans or pants without holes, rips, or stains, and no open-toed shoes

• Must effectively collaborate with vendors, customers, and colleagues

• Must build strong relationships with customers and coworkers

• Must be able to read, comprehend, and implement retailers' plan-o-grams for product placement

• Must be able to bend at the knees and lift a minimum of 50 lbs

• Must be capable of standing and walking for several hours during an 8-hour workday

• Must be able to flex and stretch to place products on store shelves

• Must be able to climb ladders and step stools

• Must be proficient in using hand tools and cleaning equipment such as mops, brooms, and brushes

• Must be familiar with household cleaning agents

• Must complete recaps and reports as required on the designated device

• Must submit a store recap weekly for every store visit

• Must consistently promote new and special products through sales flyers

• Must present sales flyers to every store
