This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Travel to retail sites to assist with the training and maintenance initiatives of our product line.
• Act as the intermediary between the Retail Solutions department and the internal customer base.
• Provide training for store personnel and lottery representatives following SCiQ store installation.
• Execute and evaluate site surveys.
• Oversee the retail equipment, documentation, and system staging to ensure a seamless installation process.
• Support the department with various tasks across research, analytics, and operations.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail and/or sales.
• 1-3 years of experience in the lottery sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and considering the end-user.
• Capability to interpret information and effectively present it to others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web browsers.
• A proactive attitude combined with a strong sense of curiosity and a passion for learning.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel by air, vehicle, or other means of transportation.
• Must be able to sit, stand, or alternate between the two for more than 80% of the time.
• Ability to travel to customer locations 80% of the time.
• Capability to lift 30 lbs.
• Proficient in compiling and analyzing statistical information.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
