This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Drives sales of Generic products within a designated group of accounts.

• Meets monthly sales and activity targets as established with the department manager.

• Monitors and evaluates reports and data to assess profitability growth of PRxO generics; devises and executes strategies to ensure ongoing success of that growth.

• Exhibits thorough follow-through in customer interactions; customizes solutions and sales messages to align with customer needs, consistently following up to capture further business and revenue opportunities.

• Mandatory use of the HUB to update customer activities for visibility to field sales counterparts.

• Keeps existing customers informed about new programs, promotional initiatives, various pricing strategies, and both new and existing products and services, while addressing inquiries and assisting with current issues or unresolved challenges.

• Collaborates with Field Sales, particularly the Sales Executive role, to formulate account-specific strategies considering factors such as customer vision and goals, current PRxO sales and compliance, and best practices in generics.

• Gains a comprehensive understanding of customer needs through conversation; develops competitive insights at both the market level (e.g., services offered by competitors) and customer-specific level (e.g., the unique competitive landscape for this customer) to educate the customer and tailor solutions for targeted and effective application of the ABDC Suite of Solutions.

• Partners with the Corporate Generics team and other Generic Directors to implement a cohesive and consistent PRxO approach.

• Aligns on a unified set of components to incorporate into account-specific compliance and new sales strategies.

• Supports and executes individual programs aimed at driving PRxO sales (e.g., new product launches, brand drug conversions, compliance initiatives).

• Provides insights, industry knowledge, and specific recommendations to the Corporate Generics team on programs, policies, products, and pricing.

• Must be open to limited travel for annual meetings.

• Performs related duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, pharmaceutical sales, or a related area.

• Ability to adapt to daily changes in products and procedures.

• Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Strong understanding of sales management, sales planning, goal setting, successful strategic selling techniques, and related information.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for the dissemination of information.

• Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of developing and maintaining collaborative working and business relationships.

• Ability to analyze customer financial data and create effective strategies to address identified financial issues.

• Proficient at interpreting industry trends and competitive information to develop responsive strategies and tactics.

• High level of creativity; focused and disciplined in approach.

• Solid understanding of the Customer Value Chain.

• Proficient computer skills necessary to operate effectively with company systems and programs.
