Retail Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver thorough customer service, manage orders, and provide warranty assistance to clients' customers.

• Engage with customers via phone and email to handle inquiries and resolve issues.

• Offer outstanding customer service through both phone and email communication.

• Oversee customer orders, including their processing and tracking.

• Provide assistance with warranty claims and support.

• Address inquiries regarding orders, products, and services.

• Assist customers in navigating the global marketplace.

• Support various customer groups by addressing their unique needs.

• Resolve issues related to production and shipping.

• Offer website assistance and troubleshoot problems.

• Manage other customer inquiries, which may include spam and marketing-related questions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B1 level is required.

• Completion of both written and oral English assessments is mandatory.

• Willingness to undertake assessments that include a typing test (25 wpm).

• Excellent communication abilities are essential.

• Strong capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a remote team.

• Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating the ability to adjust to process and information changes.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• A high school diploma or equivalent, along with sales experience, is highly preferred.
