Retail Route Representative, Company Vehicle Provided

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Travel to convenience store locations within the designated area.

• Organize and restock products to enhance visibility and boost sales.

• Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as necessary.

• Ensure shelves are well-organized and maintain appealing store displays.

• Utilize mobile technology for invoicing, reporting, and route documentation.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with store managers and staff.

• Represent Max Distributing in a professional manner across all accounts.

• Efficiently manage your schedule and route while working independently.

• Provide support to convenience store accounts in the Indianapolis region.

• Drive sales growth throughout the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior industry experience necessary; training will be provided.

• Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, restaurant management, delivery driving, route sales, sales, account management, or merchandising is advantageous.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Must have an acceptable driving record.

• Capability to lift, stock, and merchandise products throughout the day.

• Some overnight travel will be compensated.

• Must be reliable and dependable.

• Self-motivated and driven individual.

• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable working independently.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
