📋 Description

• Improve employee skills by developing and implementing training programs.

• Aid in operational readiness by ensuring consistent onboarding, adherence to processes, and performance support for processing teams.

• Conduct training needs assessments by analyzing strengths and areas for improvement.

• Create and present curriculum and learning resources.

• Oversee all aspects of training initiatives.

• Develop or manage classroom materials, instructional resources, tools, and manuals.

• Facilitate structured learning experiences and monitor quality outcomes.

• Conduct training sessions and evaluate training effectiveness.

• Assess ongoing programs and implement necessary adjustments.

• Remain updated on trends and tools in employee development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Training or a related field.

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of the residential mortgage sector in Correspondent or Retail Lending, which includes sales, operations, capital markets, and/or other residential mortgage products and services.

• Basic to intermediate familiarity with applicable regulatory and legal compliance requirements, industry standards, and practices.

• Intermediate experience in the mortgage industry.

• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
