Retail Processing Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and implement training programs aimed at improving employee skills and enhancing workplace performance.

• Facilitate operational readiness by providing consistent onboarding, ensuring process compliance, and supporting performance for processing teams.

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify employee strengths and areas for improvement.

• Convert requirements into training that equips employees for advancement in their career paths.

• Develop or manage classroom materials, instructional resources, and manuals.

• Lead structured learning experiences and evaluate quality outcomes.

• Conduct training sessions and measure training effectiveness.

• Ensure that the skills and techniques taught are integrated into employee work practices.

• Regularly assess and update ongoing training programs to reflect new developments.

• Keep abreast of trends and tools in employee development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Training or a related field.

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• Entry-level to intermediate understanding of the residential mortgage sector in Correspondent or Retail Lending, including sales, operations, capital markets, and/or other related mortgage products and services.

• Entry-level to intermediate familiarity with applicable regulatory and legal compliance requirements, rules and regulations, and industry standards and practices.

• Intermediate experience in the mortgage industry.

• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
