
Retail Package Sales Training Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee the training and development initiatives for the Package Sales program.
• Emphasize the leadership growth of Retail Package Sales managers.
• Implement the training roadmap along with the certification process.
• Provide training both in-person and through virtual distance learning platforms.
• Assess and report on program effectiveness by evaluating learning outcomes.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, including Leadership Development programs.
• Perform onsite evaluations to ensure training delivery and consistency.
• Administer Learning Management System (LMS) activities.
• Partner with business leaders to formulate training strategies.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Proven success as a store manager in retail or related experience.
• Track record of consistently exceeding budgeted sales targets.
• Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining a complete sales team.
• Established history of developing direct reports for advancement opportunities.
• A minimum of one year of sales training experience.
• At least one year of leadership training experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects across various locations.
• Proficient in conducting research and gathering information for trend analysis.
• Achieve high-quality scores as measured by Medallia, including alert percentages, refund rates, and package net VPG performance.
