• Strategize, organize, and implement change management and communication initiatives.
• Perform assessments of organizational readiness and pinpoint potential risks.
• Create plans for stakeholder engagement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of communications and modify strategies as needed.
• Manage the development and delivery of training curricula.
• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Capability to formulate and uphold Change Management Plans.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and management.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Experience in creating training materials and facilitating training sessions.
