Retail Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Responsible for coordinating, executing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the MJ Holding retail business plan.

• Develop and sustain effective, mutually beneficial relationships with internal departments.

• Enhance value through efficient and effective business practices.

• Collaborate with merchandising vendors to ensure accurate visits and high-quality service.

• Review and confirm the accuracy of field merchandising activity reports.

• Exhibit effective time management while ensuring precise reporting.

• Address product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and identifying root causes.

• Discover opportunities to streamline processes and enhance merchandising execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Capability to analyze sales trends, KPIs, and performance metrics to uncover insights and operational opportunities.

• Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships or operating within multi-vendor settings.

• Proven support of store audits, compliance checks, and operational standards.

• Preferred exposure to or background in retail distribution or category management.

• Detail-oriented.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to take accountability and demonstrate initiative.
