• Instruct on essential skills related to retail strategy, merchandising tactics, product assortment planning, visual merchandising, and pricing strategies.

• Enable students to implement retail analytics, retail marketing, customer experience enhancement, e-commerce integration, and foundational AI and automation within contemporary retail practices.

• Provide guidance on resume evaluation, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview preparation, and salary negotiation.

• Aid in developing networking strategies and freelancing opportunities.
