Retail Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the establishment of all new stores throughout the United States.

• Travel weekly to various locations to merchandise new stores and provide support to current store operators.

• Act as a brand ambassador in the field for Independent Operators (IOs) and their store teams.

• Showcase merchandising best practices to store personnel.

• Advise Independent Operators and their teams on merchandising and brand standards.

• Assemble and disassemble store fixtures, including shelving and racking.

• Unpack pallets containing various food items and products.

• Merchandise and organize products on the sales floor as well as in the stockroom.

• Operate efficiently and effectively within tight timelines.

• Execute administrative tasks such as managing expenses, booking flights, submitting timesheets, and checking emails.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Self-motivated, respectful, and professional, with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to travel away from home for 4-5 nights each week, including flights and/or driving (personal and rental vehicles) out of state.

• Ability to work consecutively for 5-10 days.

• Capability to stand or walk for up to 100% of your shift.

• Organized and able to meet deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
