This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee Amazon and retail search campaigns for clients from diverse business sectors, ensuring daily optimizations and strategic adjustments.
• Deliver insightful analysis, interpretation, and actionable plans derived from campaign performance data obtained from Amazon Ad Console and other retail media platforms, linking them to the overall retail business outcomes.
• Actively participate in weekly departmental scrums and training sessions to enhance channel knowledge.
• Consistently strive to enhance campaign performance and business impact in alignment with client objectives.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with both internal agency teams and external assigned clients.
• Contribute to the creation of new training materials for the department.
• Aim to utilize available AI tools and delegation resources to streamline workflow whenever feasible.
• Implement AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for 1-2 years in an agency environment.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon or retail search advertising, Google paid search advertising, or a similar field.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Self-driven individual with a keen desire to achieve success.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
