Retail Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, third-party vendors, and internal departments concerning all aspects of marketplace media (Retail Media).

• Engage in daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and the success of campaigns.

• Create and implement marketplace media strategies, which include strategic roadmaps and testing plans.

• Evaluate performance outcomes and provide actionable insights to clients.

• Convert client goals into effective campaign strategies and tactics, unlocking value and enhancing execution efficiency.

• Utilize analytical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities to optimize campaigns and enhance performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail media, ideally within an agency setting.

• Familiarity with Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, VTEX Ads, or Topsort; experience with Shein, AliExpress, Privalia, and TikTok Shop GMV Max is advantageous.

• Exceptional client service and communication skills, with the capability to lead discussions, foster relationships, and instill confidence.

• Strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving skills, able to provide actionable insights and measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and comfortable using the Office or Google Docs suite (Word and PowerPoint).

• Advanced or fluent English, capable of engaging in conversations with international teams.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
