This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +35 more states.
• Assist in the integration of Marketing with Retail Operations, Field Operations, and the Dealer Network through various forms of written communication, presentations, and analysis of programs/projects.
• Contribute to the Retail Marketing Platform and the enhancement of mid-funnel and lower-funnel marketing initiatives.
• Assess the functionality and performance of retail marketing programs and suggest improvements.
• Create training resources for regional and field teams to implement marketing programs effectively.
• Aid in Demand Generation activities, encompassing offers, creative materials, market implementation, and performance analysis.
• Support Demand Capture initiatives, including incentives, carline launch requirements, collaboration with providers, and performance analysis.
• Draft communications regarding program modifications, enhancements, and performance insights.
• Track shopping-journey KPIs and offer recommendations to management.
• Assemble and present weekly and monthly shopping-journey reports to operational and executive teams.
• Work together with Marketing and Data Science teams on analytical reporting.
• Collect and organize content for regional marketing teams' strategic planning.
• Manage and distribute Dealer notifications, video communications, and newsletters.
• Assist in the creation of content for National Dealer Advisory Council meetings.
• Provide support for assets, sales events, Mazda’s Co-op & Advertising Program, and the Retail Marketing Dealer Platform.
• Collaborate across functions with the Digital Engagement team on the shopping journey, website properties, user experience, and production of creative assets.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive or marketing-related fields.
• Familiarity with the current automotive industry landscape, trends, and innovations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in creating presentations and collaborating with others.
• Strong proficiency in Office 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Capability to organize, reorganize, and propose improvements to project execution for enhanced efficiency.
• Travel may be necessary 1–4 times annually.
• Must reside in one of the supported states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
