Retail Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the planning and execution of retail marketing initiatives, which encompass seasonal promotions, product launches, and local store events.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, sales, digital marketing) to maintain consistent brand messaging.

• Oversee the creation and distribution of in-store marketing materials (signage, displays, brochures, etc.).

• Communicate with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing resources.

• Monitor and report on marketing expenses to guarantee campaigns remain within budget.

• Partner with store managers to customize marketing strategies for local markets.

• Aid in the execution of grassroots marketing initiatives, including community events and partnerships.

• Evaluate and analyze campaign performance, foot traffic, and sales data to assess ROI.

• Offer insights and recommendations to enhance future retail marketing strategies.

• Assist in merging Digital Marketing (Email, Social Media, Paid Ads) with In-Store Promotions.

• Help manage local Social Media content and engagement for retail locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Merchandising, or Brand Coordination.

• Background in the Retail sector, particularly within the Beauty/Hair Care industry.

• Experience collaborating with companies like Ulta or Target.

• Skilled in planning and executing Retail Marketing Campaigns (Seasonal Promotions, Product Launches, and Local Store events).

• Proficient in managing the creation and distribution of In-Store Marketing Materials (Signage, displays, brochures, etc.).

• Competent in vendor management.

• Experience in budget management.

• Knowledgeable in monitoring and analyzing Campaign Performance, Foot Traffic, and Sales data to evaluate ROI.
