This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Assist in the development and implementation of retail marketing presentations (Google Slides / PowerPoint)

• Utilize templates to create polished, client-ready presentations

• Collaborate with internal design teams to collect and incorporate visual elements

• Aid in preparing materials for retail buyers and partners

• Engage in communication with suppliers, brokers, and retail buyers

• Help coordinate retail placements (e.g., in-store displays, secondary placements)

• Support the execution of retail activations such as display setups (e.g., corrugated box displays)

• Ensure all deliverables are timely and meet expectations

• Manage multiple projects concurrently across various retail channels

• Monitor progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to deadlines

• Serve as a central coordination point between internal teams and external partners

• Take ownership of execution — driving tasks forward rather than merely assisting

• Utilize Excel to update forecasts and track project-related data

• Maintain accuracy across documentation and reporting tools

• Assist with general operational tracking and updates

• Experience in retail (VERY IMPORTANT — preferably with exposure to the US market)

• Familiarity with FDMC (Food, Drug, Mass, Club) retail channels

• Proficient in PowerPoint / Google Slides (presentation creation)

• Strong Excel skills (comfortable navigating and updating data)

• Excellent communication skills (interaction with suppliers and stakeholders)

• Highly organized and driven by execution

• Experience collaborating with major US retailers (Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.) (Nice to Have)

• Background in retail marketing or product placement (Nice to Have)

• Project management experience (Nice to Have)
