This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In the role of Retail Market Operations Trainee within the C2C Program, you will advance through four distinct phases.
• The program begins with a live event where you and 30 other ambitious college graduates from all over the country will travel to Charlotte, NC, to engage in an unparalleled leadership experience.
• During Phase One, you will familiarize yourself with the various support functions in your Business Unit, including Marketing, HR, HSE, Fuel, Facilities, Finance, and more.
• You will develop a deeper understanding of the individuals and processes that you will support as a Market Manager.
• In Phase Three, you will have the opportunity to shadow a successful Market Manager, but anticipate taking on more responsibilities as you enhance your skills.
• Ultimately, you will embark on your first assignment as a certified Market Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
• Strong quantitative skills or experience with budget management.
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Superior time management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior retail experience is highly preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
